Kings Energy Group is a growing wholesale bulk fuel distributor with operations across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The organization serves industrial clients in transportation, oil & gas, agriculture, and municipal sectors, and is known for its commitment to service excellence and long-term client relationships.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Fuel Account Coordinator will support the sales team through client administration, retention activities, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. This role is well suited for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in building a career in sales support or account management within the energy or industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Account Coordination & Client Retention
Maintain regular communication with fuel and tank rental clients to ensure satisfaction and service alignment
Identify recurring client issues and collaborate with operations to implement solutions
Track and report on client retention, engagement, and performance metrics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
Track sales stages, follow-ups, and opportunity values to support forecasting
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports
Flag stalled opportunities and support the sales team in moving deals forward
Product Knowledge & Client Education
Stay informed on fuel market trends, pricing structures, tank solutions, and Cenovus programs
Support clients through program eligibility, applications, and ongoing requirements
Educate clients on Kings Energy Group’s full range of products and services
Coordinate technical inquiries with operations as needed
Administration & Customer Service
Act as a point of contact for inbound client inquiries via phone and email
Support scheduling, reporting, and email management for the Business Development Manager
Coordinate tank deliveries, sensor installations, and contract execution with internal teams
Provide client feedback to support continuous improvement of internal processes
Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or sales considered an asset
3–5 years of experience in administration or customer service, ideally within energy, logistics, or industrial sectors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
