Freelance Real Estate Photographer / Videographer – On-Call Work
Company: Expert Virtual Staging
Status: Freelance / On-Call | Paid Per Project
Expert Virtual Staging is expanding and currently seeking reliable, creative freelance photographers and videographers in St. Catharines and the Niagara Region. We are looking for professionals who can help us capture high-quality real estate media for our growing client base.
Photography Only – 25–30 high-quality listing photos
Photo + Video – Includes real estate photography and a 1–2 minute cinematic walkthrough video
Photo + Video + Drone – Complete package including 3–5 drone shots
Requirements:
- Own professional equipment (DSLR or mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens, tripod, gimbal; drone if applicable)
- Ability to capture interior and exterior property photography
- Ability to record short cinematic property walkthrough videos
- Basic video editing skills are an asset
- Professional, punctual, and reliable work ethic
What We Offer:
- Flexible, on-call freelance opportunities
- Travel reimbursement at $0.50 per kilometre for locations outside the service area
