Knowledge of basic foundry principles is an asset, but what matters most is your ability to guide a team, plan ahead, and help them achieve world-class results.<br><br>Job details:<ul><li>Your leadership style—rooted in clarity, accountability, and genuine engagement—will be central to your success. </li><li>You will drive meaningful change by ensuring employees feel seen, supported, and equipped to succeed. </li><li>This is a hands-on role: your time will be spent on the floor, partnering closely with your team. </li><li>You'll help refine and elevate our VSOPs, update work instructions, strengthen development plans for foundry personnel, and enhance our safety, quality, and production systems to support continued improvement.</li></ul>
