Role Description
This is a project-based, on-site role for a large commercial concrete foundation project located in Newmarket, ON.
We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor with strong hands-on experience in footing and foundation work to lead crews during the foundation phase of construction.
The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations related to excavation coordination, forming, rebar placement, concrete pours, and quality control. Strong leadership, safety enforcement, and schedule coordination are essential.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in commercial footing & foundation work
• Previous experience supervising site crews
• Strong knowledge of forming, rebar installation, and concrete operations
• Ability to read structural drawings and specifications
• Solid understanding of site safety requirements
