<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b>Description</b></p>Key Job Elements<ul><li>Provide guidance and technical assistance to Technicians relative to data entry (CSETS) for LAV 6.0 vehicle inspections and equipment maintenance functions during the Retrofit & Repair Program (RRP). </li><li>Collaborate with other ATMP team members to maintain, troubleshoot or improve database (CSETS) environment (coding) specific to managing RRP work flow and fleet management support needs. </li><ul><li>Includes updates to report generation and applicable performance metrics monitoring. </li><li>Updates to Technical Inspection Modules and Quality Assurance buy offs. </li><li>Rigorous user testing to ensure quality and robustness. </li><li>Ongoing maintenance of workflows and lifecycles. </li></ul><li>Participate in performance management discussions, and provide data/opportunity for performance measurement. </li><li>Liaise with stakeholders on complex business solutions that require software implementation. </li><li>Engage in software design activities (database development or web base solutions) and provide recommendations to continually improve upon our ATMP products, while considering future needs/risks.</li><li>Interface with Field Service Teams (home base & deployed) to ensure business continuity with respect to electronic tools and architecture. </li><ul><li>Includes integration between those tools, vendor software and departmental software/databases (ex. IETM, VDU, VTS, Allision/CAT, DMIS, CSETS) </li></ul></ul><p>Required Qualifications<ul><li>University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, DevOps or related field</li><li>Experience with a programming language, such as C#, VB.NET, VBA</li><li>Experience in database design (SQL Server, MS Access)</li><li></li></ul>Preferred Skills and Experience<ul><li>Experience with web-based development tools (Javascript, Python, ASP.NET)</li><li>Ability to travel (5% Canadian, 5% US & International) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with databases from a development and support perspective</li><li>Experience with Content Management Systems Familiarity with Fleet Management Support and/or Customer Support Services organization.</li><li>Understanding of Light Armoured Vehicle (LAV) configurations</li><li>Understanding and experience in Customer Support Services work flows and business processes.</li></ul></p></p></p>
