The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
Duties
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, forecasts, and variances in financial performance.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate data and insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements based on analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing necessary journal entries and reconciliations.
Ideal Profile:
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with financial software .
