This is a full-time, permanent position for a leading Canadian owned insurance company with over 70 years of success. The successful candidates will be motivated, eager to learn and goal driven.
Candidates must also have previous experience within the sales industry._This role has the luxury of working for a corporation with the benefits of feeling self-employed_Responsibilities Include: Support development of agency operation through profitability and sales growth of life, wealth and group management products and completing respective client reviews Prospect and sell all lines of business by completing needs analyst in accordance to Business Plans. Complete commercial/residential inspections and front-line risk assessment and selection, following underwriting guidelines Develop annual marketing plans outlining strategies and activities and productivity to contribute to over agency sales and growth goals. Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality and productivity and contribute to the achievement of overall agency sales and growth goals Additional duties as requiredQualifications: Post-secondary education completion in Finance and/or similar required Previous Sales experience required Previous experience/knowledge in the Finance or Insurance Industry LLQP, OTL, CSC, or CIFC License required (must have 1) Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong skills in communication (verbal and written), organization, time management, client service, decision making, problem solving Must hold valid driver’s license and have own reliable vehicle Must have clear criminal background and upstanding creditLanguage Requirements: Ability to speak Mandarin and CantoneseAdvantages: Competitive salary – dependent on experience Base salary commission and/or bonuses offered Flexible schedule Benefits offered such as health/dental, etc. Team environment with ongoing training and developmentJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearBenefits: Extended health care On-site parkingSchedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as neededSupplemental pay types: Commission payAbility to commute/relocate: Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Licence/Certification: LLQP (required)Work Location: In person
