<p><p>A career in our Finance Transformation practice, within Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside Finance leaders to optimize the structure of their finance functions, re‑architect Finance processes and implement best‑of‑breed technology to enable their transformation journey. Join a team of business professionals who work with clients to solve complex problems while utilizing tools to digitally upskill Finance teams. By working with clients to establish and deliver on their transformation roadmap, you’ll create value for Finance and beyond. Working in a diverse team, you will help our clients identify process, performance and people and lead the development of meaningful solutions to deliver sustainable change.</p>
<h3><b>Meaningful Work You’ll be Part of</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Execute project activities related to SSC process assessment, documentation, optimization, and migration.</li>
<li>Support finance operations (AP, AR, GL, reporting), including data analysis, process mapping, and testing.</li>
<li>Work with clients to document current‑ and future‑state processes and develop SOPs.</li>
<li>Analyze data to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and operational risks.</li>
<li>Support change management deliverables such as communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross‑functional PwC teams to deliver high‑quality consulting outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Experience and Skills You’ll Use to Solve</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li>
<li>2–4 years of relevant experience in Shared Services, Finance Transformation, or operational finance roles, ideally within a consulting environment.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO) and core finance process flows.</li>
<li>Experience supporting teams in multi‑stakeholder engagements (not leading).</li>
<li>Exposure to SSC operating models, performance frameworks, or continuous improvement programs is an asset.</li>
<li>Ability to support clients through complex changes and contribute towards articulating the recommendations.</li>
<li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple deliverables and collaborate effectively within project teams.</li>
</ul>
<p>The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements.
