About The Role:

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Finance Manager who is passionate about growing the S&T brand through meaningful financial insights to drive action and decision making.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, your primary job responsibilities will include:

Financial Reporting

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including departmental and consolidated results.
  • Develop and enhance advanced financial models and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and support executive decision-making.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership by analyzing trends, variances, and performance drivers.
  • Partner with department heads to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability across multiple business segments.

Payroll:

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processes, including collecting and verifying timesheets with department leads, calculating wages and consulting with department leads about any payroll discrepancies
  • Submit payroll entries in a timely manner using ADP TeamPay.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee payroll records, including start date, probationary periods, termination dates, requesting ROE’s, etc.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits related to payroll such as monitoring eligibility for health insurance, calculating premiums, etc.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information, adhering to data protection regulations.

Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Planning:

  • Assist with the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department leaders to align financial targets with strategic priorities.
  • Manage rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans, providing scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform business strategy.

    Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Manage, mentor, and develop members of the finance team to foster growth, accountability, and excellence.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Studio Managers, Operations, Marketing, and other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
    • Champion a culture of financial transparency and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
      • Ad-hoc projects and financial analyses, as required.

      About You:

      • 3 to 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, and/or other relevant business area.
      • Degree in accounting or business/commerce, with preference for those who have completed or completing CPA designation.
      • Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and analytical skills with ability to draw insights and convey complex information in a straightforward manner.
      • Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities with little direction in a fast-paced environment.
      • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and Power BI.
      • Self-motivated, team-oriented, strong communication skills and personally interested in health and fitness.
      • Nice to have: software implementation experience with NetSuite and/or UKG.

      • Competitive base salary dependant on experience
