<p><b>PLEASE READ:</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Title: </b>Finance Business Analyst</p><p><b>Length: </b>6<b> </b>Month Contract with potential for permanent</p><p><b>Location: </b>Oakville, ON (Fully in office)</p><p><b>Hours:</b> 9:00AM to 5:00PM</p><p><b>Rates</b>: Between $37.00 and $43.00 per hour</p><p><b>Must be available to start ASAP!</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and manage all inputs for semi-annual revenue forecasts from a Manufacturing perspective, including unit forecasts for key partners and costing.</li><li>Co-develop and maintain the Manufacturing Scorecard in collaboration with Manufacturing department heads.</li><li>Conduct detailed analyses of booked and projected revenues for the Virox Independent Manufacturing Entity.</li><li>Review budget vs. actual performance for each Manufacturing department and provide actionable cost-reduction recommendations.</li><li>Perform quarterly product rationalization; recommend product discontinuations, pricing adjustments, and monitor cost changes at the product level.</li><li>Analyze potential new business scenarios to determine profitability impacts and financial feasibility.</li><li>Partner with Production Management to track production output and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency.</li><li>Work with Warehouse Management to enhance capacity planning models and optimize finished goods/raw material skid flow tools.</li><li>Lead and maintain all Manufacturing BI projects/tools to ensure reporting accuracy, usability, and depth.</li><li>Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for business units or Executive leadership.</li><li>Leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy, automate reporting workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, and generate data-driven recommendations across Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business or related field</li><li>Minimum of 2-year experience in a similar role</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Extensive Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Data Modelling, forecasting, trending, analytical analysis</li><li>Training and experience with SQL </li><li>Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)</li><li>Effective Communicator and Presenter</li><li>Business Case Analysis Experience</li><li>Experience in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and facilitating cross-functional workshops</li><li>Strong Math Skills</li><li>Intermediate User of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p></p>
