We are expanding and looking for a true field sales hunter.
What This Role Actually Is
This is a field-based commissioned sales position.
You will:
- Run in-home consultations
- Knock doors and build referral pipelines
- Network with builders, roofers, realtors
- Generate your own opportunities
- Close high-ticket residential deals
- Track pipeline in CRM
You manage your schedule.
You eat what you kill.
Compensation
- 10% commission starting
- Tier increases based on monthly volume
- Uncapped earnings
- 3-month recoverable draw available for proven closers
- No salary comfort plan
Average job: ~$3,000
10% = $300 per install
Close 15 homes/month → $4,500+
Close 20 homes/month → $6,000+
Top performers can exceed $150K annually.
