Role Overview
Neobridge is partnering with a Winnipeg-based physician-led clinic group launching a preventative vascular care program. This role focuses on structured intake and risk stratification assessments for patients with elevated cardiovascular or vascular risk. No longitudinal patient panel is required.
Clinical Responsibilities
