Family Physician – Attending Physician (Personal Care Home Coverage)

Location: Winnipeg / Brandon Region, Manitoba

Role Overview
Neobridge is recruiting on behalf of a physician-led care team seeking Family Physicians to provide attending physician coverage for a personal care home. This role is well compensated and is structured around defined coverage blocks and does not require maintaining a community clinic panel.

Responsibilities

  • Weekly in-person rounding during coverage weeks

  • Availability by phone for resident care issues

  • Scheduled virtual follow-up rounds

  • Collaboration with nursing and care teams

  • Defined coverage blocks per year

  • Structured scope and expectations

  • No longitudinal clinic panel

  • Opportunity for additional coverage for physicians also engaged in clinic-based work

Candidate Requirements

  • Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
