to help

Who You Are:
- You have
proven sales experience
(remote, phone, Zoom, or high-ticket preferred) - You understand pipelines, follow-up, objections, and closing
- You're
process-minded
and can help document and improve systems - You're ambitious and
want a leadership track
, not just commissions - You're reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- You take ownership of results and
earn your place on the team
What You'll Be Doing:
- Selling and closing qualified prospects
- Working directly with the founder to
build and optimize sales processes - Helping prepare scripts, workflows, and standards
for a growing team - Testing and improving the sales flow before team expansion
- Maintaining clean CRM and performance tracking
- Setting the foundation for what will become a
larger sales department
