Job description
Pioneer Family Pools is looking for personable and professional Swimming Pool Service to join our existing team members for this SPRING 2026 Pool Season As members of our team, you and your partner would collectively be responsible for pool openings/closings, as well as servicing pools based on our clients' needs (services such as: pool equipment installations, troubleshooting, and repairs). You would be responsible to get yourself to and from work (we are located out of Burlington) however a company truck and tools will be provided so that you are able to perform required tasks and duties on our team. You will be provided with extensive in-field training regarding: duties, procedures and equipment knowledge. Due to the nature of the pool industry, our teams can work 6 days a week during peak periods (late April/early May to around the end of June and again early September to late October). This provides an opportunity for employees to earn more income than a traditional seasonal position. During the off-peak periods (early April for example or: late June to late August, and then late fall through the November period of demand), our teams work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). The expected start date for this position would be approximately Mid to Late March (depending on availability) Potential to remain a part of our team for next 2027 season onward exist for those joining our team whose needs/goals may align. Potential for full time, year round work is available for the right candidate whose needs/goals may align.

Responsibilities:
· Handle a high volume of field service work daily (service work such as openings/closings and equipment installations)
· Speak with customers in a kind/courteous and professional manner when at their home
· Troubleshoot client concerns
· Recommend equipment and services based on customer needs
· All other duties and responsibilities assigned
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Valid Driver's License (G2 or higher preferably)
· Ability to work outdoors
· Team player
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
· Comfort using technology for in-field service reporting and documentation
· Ability to remain flexible to unanticipated issues
· Minimum 2 years of Pool Service experience

Contract length:
Approximately 8 months (potential for year round work is available for the right candidate whose needs/goals align)
Seasonal hours: 50 + hrs/per week (peak periods: late April/May - June and then early Sept. - late Oct.); and then Monday to Friday steady consistent hours (late June to late August and/or later into November for example); Potential to remain a part of our team for next season
