We are seeking a Finish Carpenter Foreman who can lead and install a project for us. We believe knowledge sharing is key to promoting development and advancement in our employees. We offer a medical / dental benefits package and competitive salaries based on experience.
Requirements:

4. Knowledge and confidence with basic woodworking machinery/tools
5. Ability to manage a crew of Installers.
6. Proficient in English (written & spoken)
7. Secondary school completion or equivalent experience
Assets:
Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
Experience in the trade
Experience:
Foreman Experience
Interior Finishing (3-5 Year Minimum)
Hanging Doors
Trim work (baseboard, casing & Sills)
Metal door hardware is an asset but not required
English written and spoken
Benefits:
Full time 40hrs a week. Pay will be based on experience.
Health benefits will be offered after 6 months.

Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate finish carpenters, apprentices, and laborers on-site
- Interpret blueprints and drawings to plan and delegate tasks
- Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specs
- Ensure safety compliance and enforce site regulations
- Manage materials: order supplies, track inventory, and minimize waste
- Schedule tasks to meet project deadlines and adjust plans as needed
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades to align goals
