Location: Western Canada (Calgary Preferred) | Remote with Travel
About Our Client
Our client is a growing technology solutions provider operating within the SAP ecosystem. They support enterprise clients across Western Canada and the United States with specialized SAP-driven solutions and services.
With multiple product offerings and an expanding customer base, they are looking to strengthen their senior sales leadership team with an experienced Sales Executive who can drive both new business and strategic account growth.
The Opportunity
This is a senior-level sales role responsible for:
- Driving new business development within the SAP ecosystem
- Managing and expanding existing enterprise accounts
- Increasing market share across Western Canada
- Building long-term strategic client relationships
- Leading complex sales cycles in a solution-based selling environment
The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in revenue expansion and regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new SAP-related business opportunities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategy (Western Canada focus)
- Maintain and grow relationships within existing accounts
- Travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events
- Collaborate internally to align technical solutions with client needs
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Proven experience selling within the SAP ecosystem
- Strong background in solution-based or technology sales
- Track record of quota achievement and revenue growth
- Experience managing large, strategic accounts
- Strong executive presence and leadership capability
- Ability to travel approximately 30% (Western Canada focus)
Work Model
- Primarily remote
- Candidates located in Toronto may be considered if open to traveling to Western Canada every other week (2–3 days)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission: Performance-based percentage structure (ranges depending on product and quota achievement)
- Uncapped earning potential
