Compensation Pay Class 14 (range of $26.21 to $32.44 per hour) plus benefit package

Position Summary:


As a member of the Branch Executive Team, the Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to the Regional Director and leadership team, ensuring the effective management of day-to-day responsibilities and commitments.


This position operates Monday to Friday during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and is scheduled for 25–30 hours per week. Daily schedule is negotiable; however, availability over the lunch hour is required. Occasional full-time hours may be available.


Duties and responsibilities



  • General office management – reception duties; effectively manages and prioritizes correspondence; responds to in person, phone and email inquiries; maintains filing systems; ensures confidential handling of documents; ensures deadlines are met.

  • Composes, reviews, and edits confidential correspondence; prepares and distributes agendas, minutes, memos, and maintains records of meetings.

  • Coordinates a variety of special projects.

  • Liaises with information technology support, to ensure information technology is performing effectively and efficiently.

  • Coordinates employee recruitment and employee orientation; responsible for all employee commencement and termination processes.

  • Maintains staff training records and organizational charts on an on‑going basis.

  • Provides coverage for Receptionist and Operations Administrative Assistant as needed.


Qualifications



  • Completion of a recognized administration program with five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Skills



  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage
