Position: Executive Assistant/Administrative Coordinator (EA/AC)
Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Employment Type: Permanent, full‐time (1.0 FTE; 37.5 hours/week)

Salary Range: $52,000 ‐ $66,000

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to support the CEO and help coordinate board of directors, office, and administrative operations. This key role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys working with a wide range of people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO
- Coordinate board and committee meetings
- Manage schedules, meetings and correspondence
- Provide reception and administrative support
- Assist with donor database updates and administrative activities
- Support internal events and special projects
Qualifications:
- Office Administration or Executive Assistant diploma, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in a senior administrative role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization, communication, and time-management abilities
- Experience in Raiser's Edge or donor management software considered an asset
- High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and part of a team
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in-office in Saskatoon
- Occasional evening or weekend work for events
- Valid driver's license
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
