Job Description

Contract Dates: April 1, 2026 – October 1, 2026


Salary: $50,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience


40 hours per week, with flexibility around event schedules


Magnetic Staffing & Photo Booth is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to step into a key role covering a maternity leave. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position supporting our fast-growing photo booth and event staffing team.


This role is ideal for someone who loves events, thrives in logistics, and enjoys owning projects from start to finish. While the role is 70% remote, you’ll occasionally be on-site for equipment coordination,high-profile events, and team meetings - Downtown Toronto.


What You’ll Be Responsible For


Bookings & Client Communication



  • Managing incoming photo booth inquiries

  • Creating quotes and overseeing bookings from confirmation to event day

  • Coordinating details with clients, event planners, and venues

  • Managing timelines, assets, and all pre-event communication


Operations & Logistics



  • Scheduling photo booths andstaffingattendants

  • Preparing detailed event briefs and ensuring all assets are uploaded and ready

  • Managing inventory including backdrops, printers, cameras, lighting, props, and signage

  • Coordinating equipment pick-ups, returns, and storage logistics


Team Support



  • Managing staff schedules, availability, and confirmations

  • Supporting attendants with clear expectations and communication

  • Managing group chats and handling last-minute changes


Process & Department Growth



  • Contributing ideas to improve the overall client experience

  • Assisting with staffing programs, including but not limited to creating client decks


Mandatory Requirements



  • Minimum 1–3 years of agency administrative experience is mandatory

  • Experience in staffing, events, talent, marketing, or creative agencies strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with photoboothsand technology is preferred but not required.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple bookings, timelines, and priorities

  • Comfort with tech platforms, software tools, and basic troubleshooting

  • Calm, reliable, and solutions-focused under pressure

  • Have access to a vehicle with valid insurance*

  • Based in Toronto or the GTA
