Estimator – Commercial General Contractor
Calgary, AB | Full-Time
Our client, a well-established commercial general contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to diverse projects.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate and competitive bids
- Performing quantity take-offs, pricing, and scope reviews.
- Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure complete proposals.
- Supporting preconstruction efforts
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and market pricing.
- Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
