Our client, a leading Construction organization is looking for an Intermediate Level Civil Estimator with 5 years of experience in a similar role.聽The company, located in the Greater Toronto Area, is growing its team and they need you.
Your experience you bring will include:
路 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related discipline or trade experience or equivalent.
路 years of related experience
路 Scope of projects: $25 million
路 In-Office position
Your responsibilities will include:
路 Analyze contract documents to determine project requirements.
路 Contribute to establishing a critical path schedule, including milestones.
路 Complete quantity take-offs for labor, equipment, and materials.
路 Contribute to pricing for general expenses and project-specific requirements.
路 Document all estimate information for project teams upon award and ensure all documents and data support estimate figures.
路 Conduct risk analysis for review by the assigned project sponsor.
路 Review proposal specifications and attend pre-bid meetings.
