Equipment Specialists
in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Territories
- Manitoba: South Central and Red River Valley, Winnipeg Metro & East Corridor, Southwest / Westman
Remote, field-based role.
Vehicle allowance and fuel compensation provided.
Compensation
$60,000 base salary
$150,000+ OTE
Uncapped commission

About the Role
As an Equipment Specialist, you will:
Prospect and develop your territory aggressively
Cold call and build new relationships
Work with equipment owners in ag, construction, and transportation
Secure equipment consignments
Position Bruin's presale strategy to maximize customer returns
This is a hunter role with strong relationship-building upside.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of outside sales experience
Industry background preferred
Existing book of business strongly preferred
Proven track record of hitting targets
Self-driven and competitive
