This is a dynamic role that requires flawless multitasking as you interface with support engineers and customers to troubleshoot and resolve basic tech support issues.How do you know you’re the right fit?. Not only that, you thrive on showing others “how-to” and love the satisfaction of knowing you’ve helped someone solve their problem.*Here’s the Deal: This is a full time, permanent position starting March 27, 2024.* Hourly rate of pay is $17.50.* Full-time training is from March 27, 2024 to April 5, 2024. Training will be Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm Atlantic time in a fully-online classroom.* This is a job with regular evenings and weekends. Your schedule will be based on 40 hours per week. The program is open between 7:00am to 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

To be considered, you need to be available for 8-hour shifts that fall within those times. Your weekly schedule will rotate through the hours of operations. If you’re looking for a Monday-Friday, 9-5 type job, this likely isn’t going to work for you.* We will provide all the equipment you need. You’ll need to have hard-wired internet with upload/download speeds that meet our testing minimums, a desk and chair.* NOC code 64409.*What We Offer:
