Become an essential End User Services Analyst, managing the hardware and software asset lifecycle in a hybrid work environment. Track, reconcile, and decommission assets while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.In this full-time role, you will report to the Manager, End User Services. Your expertise in asset management, inventory forecasting, and software licensing will support effective resource allocation. Collaborate closely with IT operations and finance as you maintain comprehensive records and conduct audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage hardware and software asset lifecycle processes
• Oversee inventory management and forecasting
• Conduct regular audits and provide reports
• Ensure compliance across all assets and resources
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
• Knowledge of ITAM lifecycle and ServiceNow
• Intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation
• Bilingual in English and French is advantageous
• Team-oriented with strong accountability
