It stands out for the quality of its technical approach, its rigor, and its ability to deliver high value-added projects.</p> <p>In a context of sustained growth, Consultants DND is creating a new Electrical BIM Modeler position to strengthen its Toronto-based team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br></p><ul><li>Produce detailed electrical BIM models using Revit, based on engineers plans and specifications</li><li>Collaborate with electrical engineers and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and consistency</li><li>Participate in technical and BIM coordination meetings</li><li>Ensure compliance with BIM standards and proper file management</li><li>Identify inconsistencies in drawings and propose technical solutions</li><li>Update models according to project changes</li></ul> <p>Profile Sought<br></p><ul><li>Technical training in building drafting, electrical engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical BIM modeling</li><li>Strong proficiency in Revit</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD or complementary BIM tools is an asset</li><li>Strong attention to detail and good priority management</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility</li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Permanent position, created as part of the companys growth</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience and skills</li><li>Office located on Lake Shore Boulevard in Toronto</li><li>Small, close-knit local team and a structured work environment</li><li>Medium-term growth opportunities within an evolving organization</li></ul> <p>Apply now</p> <p>#IN24</p>
