Job Description

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Experienced professional with in-depth understanding of Linux Operating System and Shell scripting



• Applied programming experience in languages e.g. Python and Java

• Applied experience with Application Server/Middleware (Tomcat or similar)


• Applied experience with Web Services and API (HTTP, REST, SOAP, WSDL, RAML)

• Applied experience with Databases (Oracle or SQL Server)

• Working experience of tools like Jira & Confluence

• DevOps Version control knowledge (GIT, Jenkins, Nexus)


• ITSM Processes (Incident/Change/Release) and ServiceNow

• High level understanding of Document or Content management systems

• Good exposure to all phases of software development life cycle, working in Agile environment.

• Associate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong teamwork focus and the ability to foster collaboration within and across teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent team player willing to learn new technologies and ability to shift and work between priorities and tasks.

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing application performance, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.


• Experience on CCM (Customer Communication Management) tools like OpenText Ex stream Designer, Command Centre, Empower

• UNIX & Network Administration skills

• Cloud computing & technologies

• Information technology security related knowledge and experience



• Job scheduling platform (e.g. Autosys)

• Banking & Finance domain experience Recommended skills and knowledge:

• Play a lead role in Document Composition application design, development, and implementation!

• Work with business and technology partners to gather project requirements, plan timelines, give status report
