We offer construction services in a variety of markets including Infrastructure, Roadbuilding, and Land Development.Reporting to the foreman, operators are an integral member of field operations, responsible for providing support on all of our projects.Role and ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner, responsible for minor maintenance and daily inspectionsEstablish and maintain haul roadsSupport stripping operations of existing surfaces – topsoil and aggregatesAbility to work under minimal supervision to perform final grade of common / subgrade and aggregate surfacesAbility to work off of survey layout (grade stakes) along with support from gradesman, placing materials within the required toleranceMaterial conditioning (drying)Perform other related duties as requiredQualifications, Training and EducationMust have minimum 3-5 seasons of grader experience in road construction / ponds / berms / land development. Demonstrate the ability to finish and work in congested areas / around other contractorsGradesman experience is considered an assetMust have valid CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance 201 (endorsed by USP) and CSA approved 6” steel toe work bootsHard working, with a positive attitude & a Willingness to learnDesire to complete tasks in a timely mannerPersonal vehicle and valid driver’s license requiredWorking ConditionsOperators will be working outside in all weather conditions.

They must be able to spend long periods of time sitting in their vehicle, or walking/standing on the job site. They must be willing to commit to 50 hours per week at various project locations. Typical shifts are 7:00am – 5:30pm.
