Skills Qualification and Experience: SAP EAM Configuration: Understanding and proficiency in configuring various settings and options within the SAP EAM module, such as asset master data, maintenance planning, work order management, notifications, measuring points, and maintenance strategies. Asset Master Data Management: Ability to create and manage asset master data in SAP EAM, including equipment, functional locations, bill of materials (BOM), serial numbers, and classification.
Knowledge of data maintenance, data conversion, and data migration processes. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes within SAP EAM. Ability to set up maintenance plans, work centers, task lists, maintenance strategies, and scheduling maintenance activities. Understanding of work order management, including work order creation, assignment, and completion.
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling activities using SAP EAM. Ability to create maintenance plans, define maintenance cycles, schedule maintenance tasks, and optimize resource utilization. Knowledge of capacity planning and resource allocation. Maintenance Notifications: Understanding of maintenance notification processes in SAP EAM, including creating notifications, prioritizing them, and linking them to work orders.
Knowledge of capturing equipment breakdowns, defects, or failures for further analysis and action. Work Order Management: Ability to manage work orders in SAP EAM, including creating work orders, assigning resources, tracking progress, and recording completion. Familiarity with work order costing, time confirmation, and materials management for work orders. Maintenance Budgeting and Cost Control: Knowledge of maintenance budgeting processes and cost control within SAP EAM.
Ability to create and manage maintenance budgets, track maintenance costs, and monitor variances. Understanding of integration with SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling) modules for cost analysis. Shutdown and Turnaround Management: Proficiency in managing shutdown and turnaround processes within SAP EAM. Understanding of planning and executing planned maintenance activities during shutdown periods, resource coordination, material management, and schedule optimization.
Analytics and Reporting: Ability to generate maintenance-related reports and analytics using SAP EAM data. Knowledge of SAP reporting tools such as SAP Query, SAP BW (Business Warehouse), and SAP Analytics Cloud. Familiarity with key maintenance performance indicators and metrics. User Support and Training: Experience in providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting user training sessions for SAP EAM modules and functionalities.

You are detail-oriented and able to manage all facets of complex assignments Job Responsibilities: Design, define and ensure business value in all deliverables through unique core management consulting concepts , efficient delivery and project management techniques and strong customer relationship skills Ensure the solution is properly designed and implemented according to the relevant project methodology and approach agreed with customer in a timely manner. Creating a detailed design and perform as a work stream lead in core area of expertise and perform hands-on implementation work and deliver the solution with high quality Ensure Quality Assurance through establishing & implementing quality management system and procedures during every step of the production process. Ensure utilization of resources in project activities, escalate underutilization and work with Associate directors to map suitable utilization opportunities for resources Ensure availability and roll off resources in timely fashion to support optimum P &L for the project Build and manage trusted relations with customers/ Client Executives. Collaborate with internal support teams to drive lead generation, develop pipeline strategy, Company brand awareness and enable Account Mining.
Serve as a mentor and trusted trainer to ensure, plans and/or programs, training materials that supports project, business and organizational needs and ensure readiness of resources in the assigned area(s) of responsibility. Participate and assist in the recruiting process as appropriate. Participate in Proof Of Concepts and develop re-usable solutions and components to get the Practice ready for future projects and prospective customers. Create and Maintain Templates for best in class Delivery and Practice processes and build Knowledge Database that contains technical specifications, user manual and training materials from different projects and POCs.
Research and stay updated on new technologies and Innovations in the Industry Identify new opportunities within the project and highlight that to Directors Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities with in the business, advise internal stakeholders and customers on these possible opportunities and convert them to sales with the support of Sales team Contribute in creating Presales Proposals and Effort Estimations.
