Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 
E-Commerce Operations & Shopify Coordinator
 to take ownership of our product catalog. This is an execution-heavy role focused on getting products live, keeping data accurate, and ensuring our websites stay up to date. If you enjoy organizing data, working within Shopify, and "cleaning up" digital storefronts, this role is for you

Principle Responsibilities

• Product Launches:
   Upload new products (SKUs, variants, pricing, and descriptions) to Shopify.
• Data Management:
   Take raw info from supplier spreadsheets or PDFs and "clean" it into clear, consistent Shopify listings.
• Site Maintenance:
   Update pricing, swap out images, and upload spec sheets/manuals as needed.
• Quality Control:
   Audit live pages for broken links, typos, or missing tags to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Team Support:
   Help Marketing and Sales by quickly updating collections, adding promotional banners, or getting new items online for quotes.

What We're Looking For

• Shopify Experience:
   You're comfortable navigating the Shopify backend (collections, tags, and product pages).
• Spreadsheet Skills:
   You know your way around Excel/Google Sheets and can handle bulk uploads via CSV.
• High Attention to Detail:
   You'll spot a typo or a broken image before the customer does.
• Process-Driven:
   You enjoy following (and improving) SOPs to keep things organized.
• Execution-Focused:
   You like crossing tasks off a list and managing a high volume of uploads without losing quality.
