Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to add value to our team at Publicis Media Zenith managing display campaigns on Amazon, Walmart and other retailers

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Leadership, Activation & Governance

Lead activation and optimization across Amazon Ads (Search & DSP), Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo, Uber Ads, DoorDash Ads, and Loblaws (MediaAisle).

Own end‑to‑end campaign governance: creative requirements and QA, tracking/tagging (where applicable), flighting, budget allocations, pacing, keyword/bid/audience optimization, and ongoing brand safety + compliance checks.

Establish clear performance guardrails (KPIs, learning agenda, optimization cadence) and ensure timely escalation of risks (inventory/OOS, pricing gaps, creative fatigue, tracking/reporting issues).

  • Strategy & Planning

Translate client briefs into channel strategy and full funnel plans: audience frameworks, targeting approach, measurement plan, and a structured testing roadmap (A/B tests, incrementality/lift, geo tests, creative tests).

Partner with commerce/retail readiness stakeholders to improve conversion and efficiency: catalog hygiene, PDP content, reviews/ratings, pricing and promo strategy, inventory checks, and OOS suppression.

Build and maintain media plans and forecasts (scenario planning, and sufficiency planning where needed).

  • Reporting & Insights

Own cross‑platform reporting and insights across Amazon Search/DSP/AMC, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Loblaws (MediaAisle) and other platform UIs; ensure clean data, consistent definitions, and executive‑ready reports.

Turn performance into a clear narrative: what happened, why it happened, what we learned, and what we’re doing next with actionable recommendations and quantified impact.

Use AMC (where available) to support deeper insights (path‑to‑purchase, overlap, audience performance, incrementality signals) and improve targeting and measurement.

  • Client‑Facing Ownership

Lead client communications and governance: set expectations, manage approvals and timelines, and proactively communicate trade‑offs, risks, and recommended actions to senior stakeholders.

Present monthly business reviews and QBRs with a crisp story that ties media performance to business goals and identifies next‑step decisions.

  • Partner & Cross‑Functional Management

Manage senior relationships with Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Loblaws, and other partners/vendors to unlock opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and drive performance improvements.

Coordinate internally across analytics, creative, finance/billing, and account leadership to ensure operational excellence and scalable delivery.

  • Leadership & Team Development

Lead and mentor Specialists/Coordinators: define priorities, set clear standards, provide coaching, and support development plans.

Drive consistent ways of working: playbooks, QA checklists, pacing/SOV monitors, naming conventions, change logs, and structured post‑mortems to improve performance over time.

Responsible for entering media buy inputs into Prisma in a timely manner, and coaching/teaching new team members and Coordinators on Prisma billing processes and best practices.

Ensure budget accuracy within P M media finance systems (including reconciliation checks and timely updates aligned to approved plans).

Update and approve BCR amounts monthly, ensuring alignment across pacing, invoicing, and finance governance.
