<p>We are seeking a Medical Clinic Manager to provide leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction</li>
<li>Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and workflows</li>
<li>Oversee preparation of reports</li>
<li>Supervise administrative and clinical support staff</li>
<li>Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and performance reviews</li>
<li>Foster a positive, collaborative work environment</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians to reconcile their billings</li>
<li>Oversee staff document and manage invoicing and payment processes</li>
<li>Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians to align operational goals with clinical excellence</li>
<li>Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position (family physician clinic setting preferred)</li>
<li>Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Ability to balance operational efficiency with patient-centered care</li>
<li>Proficiency in Accuro EMR, and Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations an asset</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Management: 5 years (required)</li>
<li>Family Physician Clinic Management: 5 years (preferred)</li>
<li>Accuro EMR: 1 year (required)</li>
</ul>
<p>Job Type: Part-time</p>
<p>Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour</p>
