Role Summary
The Logistics Coordinator supports warehouse and distribution operations to ensure the accurate and timely movement of inventory. This role works closely with internal teams to coordinate shipments, track inventory, and support logistics processes within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documentation
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Monitor deliveries and assist with discrepancy resolution
- Support continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse processes

Pay Rate: $20-$24 per hour
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
- Diploma or certificate in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Ability to read documentation and perform basic math functions
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and business needs
