Established in 2002, the company operates out of its corporate head office in Kamloops, BC, with additional branches in Armstrong, Oliver, Castlegar, Cranbrook, and Prince George. It offers bulk fuel, Mobil lubricants, and packaged lube delivery services, supported by an expanding fleet of delivery trucks and 18 "Cool Creek Cardlock" locations. With extensive products, industry expertise, and regional coverage, the company takes pride in supporting customers' fuel and lubricant needs efficiently.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kamloops, BC. The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee daily dispatching operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of deliveries. Responsibilities include managing delivery schedules, supervising and supporting dispatch staff, monitoring compliance with DOT regulations, and collaborating with team members to resolve any operational issues. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external customers to provide exceptional service and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively (3+ years min)
Experience in Dispatching and scheduling logistics for delivery operations (3+ years min)
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage relationships and resolve issues
Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in computer systems and dispatching software
