Director of Sales Location: Vancouver, BC (In-Office)
Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base + bonus
We are partnering with a well-established, design-driven commercial interiors business that is a key player in the Vancouver market and continuing to grow its presence across the region. This role sits at the heart of the business and is critical to maintaining momentum, strengthening market leadership, and shaping the next phase of growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven sales leader with deep roots in the Vancouver A&D community who is ready to step into a role with clear progression into top management.
Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Sales will lead the Vancouver sales organization, drive business development, and play an influential role in the long-term direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and business development team
- Drive ongoing business development efforts across Vancouver’s commercial interiors market
- Maintain and grow senior-level relationships with architects, designers, developers, and end users
- Act as a visible leader within the Vancouver A&D community, reinforcing brand presence
- Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Partner with the President on sales strategy, forecasting, and growth planning
- Lead and motivate BD initiatives while remaining hands-on with key accounts
- Support the continued evolution and scaling of the Vancouver business
- 7–10+ years of sales experience with a strong performance track record
- 3–5+ years of experience within commercial interiors, including exposure to:
- Contract furniture
- Kitchen & bath
- Architectural solutions / interior systems
- Related commercial interior products
- 3+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing sales or BD teams
- Strong, established presence within the Vancouver A&D community
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with active business development
- Confident, motivating, and culture-focused leader
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and scale teams
- Values being in-office and building high-performing, connected teams
