Job Overview:

Director of Sales and Marketing at Canadian Dental Labs will spearhead our team efforts to expand market share, enhance sales performance, and maintain our reputation as a leader in dental laboratory services. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including dental clinics, dental continuing education (CE) providers, marketing service organizations, dental associations, and dental products and service suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

–         Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth across all brands.

–         Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

–         Market Expansion: Increase market share in targeted segments.

–         Pricing Strategy: Annually review and recommend pricing adjustments.

–         Marketing Channels: Optimize all marketing channels (websites SEO, flyers, e-blasts, social media, cold calls, printed ads, clinic visits, trade shows and others).

–         CRM Standardization: Standardize CRM platforms across the plat form. Currently using Zoho, HubSpot and Mailchimp in different locations.

–         Digital Advertising: Create impactful advertisements with desired ROI on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube and LinkedIn.

–         Content Excellence: Ensure marketing content is world-class on our websites and all other marketing assets.

–         Team Leadership: Conduct weekly meetings with Sales Territory Managers and Marketing Specialists. Set priorities and provide guidance and direction as needed.

–         Social Media Growth: Increase social media followers and engagement.

–         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

–         Proven leadership experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.

–         Expertise in digital marketing, social media and CRM platforms.

–         Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

–         Market Share Increase: Significant growth in market share within targeted segments.

–         Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

–         Marketing Channel Effectiveness: Improved metrics across all marketing channels.

–         CRM Integration Success: Effective integration and standardization of CRM platforms.

–         Social Media Engagement: Increase in followers and engagement rates.

–         Lead Conversion Rate: Higher conversion rates from generated leads.

–         Team Performance: Enhanced productivity and effectiveness of direct reports.

–         Content Quality: High customer engagement and feedback on marketing materials.
