About the role:

We are seeking a passionate, driven Director of Retail Operations to lead our organization’s continued pursuit of excellence. The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining and improving our teams Quality Metrics, driving accountability, ethical practices, trust, and consumer satisfaction. In addition, this candidate will also manage a group of sales team support personnel.

What you’re responsible for:

  1. Develop and manage the successful execution of all Quality focused programs to ensure achievement of Quality Scorecard targets
  2. Work closely, day to day, with our client Marketing and Operations teams to establish and manage the regional/national scorecards
  3. Develop the KPI metrics that will measure the effectiveness of the FAST administrators
  4. Responsible to develop provincial programs to grow individual, team leadership growth plans
  5. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all programs
  6. Provide daily, weekly, monthly performance reporting to our client
  7. Ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met
  8. Various other duties and projects as required

What to expect:

Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
Willingness to travel on a national scope, overnight travel may be required


To be successful and join our team:

  1. Post-secondary degree in Business, or a related field
  2. 5-7 years of experience in operations or related fields
  3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in different forms and with different audiences
  4. Problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills
  5. Strong in PowerPoint and presentation creation abilities
  6. Ability to establish and build effective relationships and a proven track record of team leadership
  7. Ability to analyze and interpret data using spreadsheets and data visualization software
  8. Ability to travel throughout Canada approximately 30% of the time
  9. Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability, and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growth
