Overview:
The Marketing/Community Relations primary responsibility is to serve as a brand ambassador who generates awareness, visual and social media buzz, secures referral partnerships, and aids in the net increase of billable hours. These include, but are not limited to:
Establish strong referral partnerships
Identifying new customer lead sources
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Creating promotions.
Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
Creating and maintaining successful client referral sources.
Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Communicating the marketing plan.
Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
Evaluating competitors.
Working together with the social media team to ensure consistency in all marketing and community events.
