Description As a member of the Supply Chain leadership team and reporting to the VP Global Supply Chain, the Director, 3 rd Party will be responsible for the oversight of all Supply Chain activities from 3 rd Party finished good and bulk suppliers from PO placement to delivery at the distribution center / warehouse Tasks & responsibilities Direct leadership of the finished good 3 rd Party Supply Planning team. Driving superior customer service Indirect leadership of finished good 3 rd Party PMO cells and 3 rd Party Procurement. Responsible for International finished good 3 rd Party supply. Build strong relationships with finished good 3 rd Party vendors.

Support, participate and live a quality culture and coordinate with quality partner in the resolution and proactive management of deviations and change controls. Create supply chain strategies to exceed business expectations. Build agile 3 rd Party supply strategies to improve market response time and capitalize on opportunities. Drive simplification of Product Supply Chains Coordinate with Business Development team to ensure a “one” PMS voice.

Create and build processes that support cross functional alignment. Utilizing technology to build efficiencies and deliver industry leading results. Empower the team and drive innovation, accuracy, and consistency into supply chain reporting. Drive supplier performance to improve CSL, cost and compliance.

Work closely and build collaboration working processes with cross functional teams – transportation, QA, RA, tech team etc Skills, knowledge & abilities Ability to negotiate. Ability to align cross functional teams to achieve common goals. A bility to manage multiple stakeholders and communication platforms to ensure on time value-added solutions. Broad understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain tools and processes.

Digital proficiency and experience with SAP and IBP. Knowledge of AI and RPA technology Experience with leading transformative initiatives Hands on business leader that can clearly and concisely communicate to a group with various levels of supply chain knowledge. Passion for creating an industry leading supply chain through the deployment of technology, process and well-trained people. Strong presentation and facilitation skills Project and change management to handle multiple projects (small and large) with conflicting priorities and deliver projects on time with excellence Works well under pressure Qualifications Education Required Bachelor or better in Logistic and Transportation or related field.
