What You’ll Have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years in the field, with at least 5 years in management or leadership roles.
  • Education: A University Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Civil Engineering, or Construction Project Management.
  • Credentials: Professional qualifications like PQS and MRICS.
  • Estimation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in preparing estimates across all project classes, from conceptual to pre-tender.
  • Cost Whisperer: You know the ins and outs of cost management practices and procedures.
  • Client Relationship Wizard: Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
  • High-Level Cost Savvy: Understand benchmarking data like a pro.
