Are you our next all star?What you will be doing: Lead the planning and execution of cohesive digital marketing initiatives across a growing and evolving digital ecosystem.Work collaboratively with Rexall’s marketing team to develop omni-channel marketing strategies to support cross functional business goals, objectives, and priorities.Manage the relationship with Rexall’s digital marketing agency. Oversee the digital creative process; ensuring assets are delivered on time, including stakeholders review, assets approvals, and initiatives launch on schedule. Build deep rooted relationships with vendor partners to create mutually beneficial campaigns and grow vendor funding.Lead meetings with internal and external partners to define marketing program, objectives and desired results.Lead Digital Marketing planning and calendar management (Owned channels) Oversee weekly email planning & act as agency liaison (Rexall & Be Well), collaborating with Brand Managers.Lead Campaign Management integration for Front Shop, Loyalty and Pharmacy initiatives.Lead digital creative stakeholder review & approvals.Manage the day-to-day coordination of vendor DNA packages & results sharing (Front Shop & Pharmacy).Determine channel placement and cadence, CX flow, A/B testing, support creative approval, channel delivery, campaign integration, results learning, and strategy optimization.Lead digital ecosystem analytics, and facilitate post campaign analysis, insights & learnings.Measure efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels.Closely monitor Digital Marketing Trends & Strategies and competitive landscape.How you will succeed:University Degree or College Diploma5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing campaign managementExceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.Proactive, independent self-starter, and resourcefulStrong ability to prioritize multiple projects; set and manage priorities to meet deadlines within a multi-tasking environment with changing prioritiesBusiness acumen skills – budget management, strategic trade-offs, excellent analytical and influencing skillsStrong written and presentation abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationshipsFamiliarity with SFMC considered an assetAt Rexall, we are better together.
