Job Description

As a digital content support coordinator your job is to partner with various marketing team functions to support the strategy, ideation, and execution of content for the web and email marketing channels.

This role sits directly at our clients office. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify and gather content for web and email channels in alignment with the brands KPIs
  • Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned to brand tone and personality.
  • Support with conceptualization, design, writing, production, and delivery of written, graphic, and video content aligned to broader marketing objectives.
  • Consulting against playbooks and existing strategies to align content to KPIs.
  • Make edits and updates to webpages pre- and post-events, or as information and seasons change.
  • Brief web analysts on page performance metrics and make optimizations as recommended.
  • Support with content roadmap management (calendarization of content between web, email and social).
  • Attend team and project meetings to ensure coordination of efforts and contribute to the success of team goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders inside and outside of the marketing team and liaise independently with people from all levels of seniority.

  • Qualifications

  • A keen interest with in digital marketing, web and email
  • Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field
  • Experience in running digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience leading complex and highly strategic digital engagements
  • Strong proficiency in social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Tumblr, WhatsApp and Snapchat, etc…), effective measurement frameworks for social programs
  • Passionately committed to collaboration and is a dynamic team player
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation, and communication skills
  • Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker taking independent actions and calculated risks
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively manage all internal and external relationships, vendors and partners
