Reporting to the Director, Forum Resource Management, this role provides administrative functional support to ensure the efficient and timely execution of deliverables in various areas of the business. This role will involve a variety of tasks centered on organization, coordination, administration, and execution. Duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to those in the job description below.

Job Description:

  • Provide critical, day-to-day administrative and data-entry support.
  • Responsible for deliverables on a program-by-program basis based on assigned verticals.
  • Coordination of multiple project/program components and interaction with other team members and internal partners to deliver projects with excellence.
  • Transfer data to a third-party email service provider with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Reconcile project(s) status and escalate where necessary to keep delivery on track.
  • Responsible for aligning priorities while utilizing sound judgement and discretionary skills.
  • Update, communicate, and provide pertinent information on project/program components to key team members.
  • Update content on a WordPress platform and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Provide additional administrative support and participation in special projects as required.

  • Familiarity of CRM systems, WordPress, and Microsoft Marketing an asset.
