Intermediate JavaScript capabilities
Expert knowledge of Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics
3+years of digital analytics experience using Adobe Analytics
3+ years of experience in analytics data collection
1+ years of experience with analytics quality assurance
1+ years using Adobe Target or a similar technology
Strong familiarity with Digital Marketing technologies
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is responsible for supporting the collection of digital interaction data across all of digital properties (mobile & web).
Reporting to the Digital Analytics Implementation Lead, the role will focus on developing implementation specifications, monitoring data quality in partnership with the Quality Assurance team, and ensuring that maintains a robust & high-quality experience data set.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Implementation Specialist will:
Implement Tracking (40%)
•In close partnership with the Senior Manager, Digital Analytics, the Implementation lead and the analytics team, support a server-side implementation of Adobe Analytics.
•Working with AMRP developers and the digital analytics team, define, manage and implement an event-driven, Adobe XDM compliant, semantic data layers across our mobile and web properties.
•Via Adobe Launch, translate the data layer into human-readable dimensions and events for use in digital analytics and other cloud-based solutions.
Quality Assurance Monitoring (35%)
•Validate analytics data collection in pre & post prod
•Develop & maintain methods and tools for monitoring the thoroughness, stability & quality of the existing implementation
•Communicate clearly and in a timely fashion bottlenecks or impediments.
Develop Documentation (15%)
•Write and maintain documentation detailing the digital analytics implementation.
•Documentation should be both general and specific to each project, enabling stakeholders to understand what tracking has been implemented and to support audits if tracking issues occur.
•Maintain a list of existing issues and track their resolution.
Implement A/B testing using Adobe Target (10%)
•Set up A/B tests using Adobe Target in both a mobile and web environment
•
QA tests and ensure they run smoothly throughout the testing period
