We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking
Demolition Labourer
to join our team for a major renovation project on a 12-storey building in the Vancouver/Richmond area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of a professional, safety-focused crew.
What You'll Do
- Perform selective demolition of interior and exterior building components
- Remove drywall, flooring, ceilings, fixtures, and other materials safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades during renovation and structural modification work
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and debris
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Operate basic hand and power tools as required
What You Bring
- 1-3+ years of construction or demolition experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of basic construction safety practices
- Ability to follow direction and work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willingness to complete a criminal record check
