Skills and Responsibilities:
- Highly proficient hands-on recent experience in delivering Java based solutions utilizing distributed in-memory DB (Mem SQL, Mogo DB, Casandra etc.), enterprise grade Database systems (SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle), API based solutions deployed on OpenShift/Azzure and streaming solutions using Kafka.
- Thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment and has the ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines, while incorporating development management process best practices
- Recent experience working with Microservices (Docker), Container Orchestrator (Kubernetes), Continuous Integration Tools (Jenkins, UCD), Configuration Management platforms (Ansible, Puppet) and work management tool like Jira.
- Proven relationship builder within a cross functional matrix organization, with a track record of establishing strong working relationships with leaders, team members and vendors.
- Strong planning, estimating, budget management, reporting, team planning and coordination experience, including vendor engagement management.
- Proven leader and experienced in managing mid-sized technical team, including vendors, and brings strong communication & presentation skills.
- Well versed with Global Delivery Model, (i.e. teams located in different time zones)
- Experience in large Application migration delivery.
