This role is perfect for someone who loves creating exceptional customer experiences, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.</p><p>As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the vehicle delivery process. Ensuring every customer leaves confident, informed, and excited about their new vehicle.</p><p>What You’ll Do</p><p>Coordinate Vehicle Deliveries</p><p>- Schedule and prepare new and pre-owned deliveries by working closely with Sales and the Business Office.</p><p>- Ensure vehicles are fully detailed, accessorized, and ready for customer pickup.</p><p>- Review all paperwork and delivery requirements to ensure a smooth handover.</p><p>Create an Exceptional Customer Experience</p><p>- Serve as the main point of contact during the customer’s pickup appointment.</p><p>- Walk customers through vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and key functionality.</p><p>- Assist with app setup, Bluetooth pairing, drive mode explanations, and ownership tips.</p><p>- Introduce customers to the Service Department and help book their first service appointment.</p><p>Support Customer Satisfaction</p><p>- Complete 24–48 hour follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.</p><p>- Proactively address concerns and escalate issues to management when needed.</p><p>- Help maintain high CSI performance.</p><p>Administrative & Dealership Support</p><p>- Assist with reception coverage during downtime (phone lines, greeting guests).</p><p>- File, scan, and organize delivery-related paperwork.</p><p>- Support Sales Management with client follow-ups and internal coordination.</p><p>What You Bring</p><p>- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.</p><p>- Comfort presenting vehicle features and technology to customers.</p><p>- A polished, professional, and customer-first approach.</p><p>- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with clean driving record.</p><p>Why Join?</p><p>- Work in two modern, newly renovated facilities.</p><p>- Be part of a supportive, customer-focused, high-performing team.</p><p>- Competitive salary range: $40,000 – $55,000</p><p>- Full-time, Monday to Saturday schedule.</p><p>Ready to Apply?</p><p>If you&#39;re passionate about delivering great customer experiences and enjoy a dynamic, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p>Apply today.</p><p></p></p></p>
