Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately input and manage data in company databases and ERP systems. This role supports administrative functions, ensures data integrity, and contributes to efficient record management.
Duties
- Enter, update, and maintain data with high accuracy.
- Organize electronic and physical files.
- Verify and process data from multiple sources.
- Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and record keeping.
- Perform data audits and correct discrepancies.
- Assist with general clerical tasks (filing, scanning, document preparation).
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience & Skills
- Previous clerical or office experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong typing, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$29.82 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
