Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance & Asset Integrity, the Data Entry Administrator (6-12 Month Contract) will be responsible for accurately updating and maintaining detailed data entries into the CMMS program.
Duties
Duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
Assist in ensuring all production and building equipment is standardized within the CMMS program.
Enter and update data in the CMMS program, spreadsheets, and information systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Verify and validate information to ensure consistency and correctness across all records.
Perform regular audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
Collaborate with teams to obtain required information or resolve discrepancies.
Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling, document preparation, and responding to internal inquiries.
Assist with system updates and process improvements related to data management.
Take ownership of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) issues and demonstrate enthusiasm and support for HSE.
Other duties as directed by your leadership team.
Qualifications And Experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective collaborative communication skills.
