We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Crown Autobody & Glass, where we are one of the largest collision center groups in Manitoba and operate state of the art autobody shops. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all the customers that you will interact with.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Great communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented with a desire to provide customers with an exceptional experience
- Focused and detailed-oriented
- Positive, energetic attitude with willingness to learn
- Solid command of computers and Microsoft Office Programs
- High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service
- Body Shop or automotive experience and Knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance processes an asset

What you'll do:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive first impression
- Guide customers in person, online and on the phone through the claim and repair process, responding to their inquiries, educating them about the MPI process and creating appointments
- Collaborate with production, parts team and MPI and proactively provide customer with updates on their vehicles to meet estimated timeframes
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collect payment and signatures with customers as required
- Walk clients to their vehicles on delivery explaining the repairs completed
- Assist with office work as required
